Well, I am now 'officially' a patrol officer. I had my first day of work today. Nothing really happened, but my training officer is cool. Sergeant Kiles; I've known him for years so there was none of the awkward hazing my classmates had to go through. And I was all prepared for it, too. What a strange thing to be disappointed over.

Perhaps tomorrow will be more interesting.
